Regional Lead Nurse

We are now looking for a Regional Lead Nurse —a senior clinical leader who can operate across complex systems, influence at pace, and ensure clinical quality is consistently delivered across a diverse regional portfolio. This is not a single-service leadership role. You will operate at a regional and strategic level , working across multiple services to ensure clinical practice is safe, effective, consistent and continuously improving . You will work at the interface of clinical leadership, operational delivery and system-wide partnerships —ensuring services are aligned, compliant and future-ready.
Requirements
- NMC registration with a current PIN
- Significant experience in senior clinical leadership roles within substance misuse, health, social care or related fields
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
- Experience leading teams and influencing across multi-site or regional services
- Confidence working with complex needs, dual diagnosis and high-risk populations
- The ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to front-line delivery
