About The Position
4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Lead Aesthetic Injector to oversee aesthetic clinical performance across their three Northern New Jersey centers located in Edgewater, Hoboken, and Ramsey. This role requires a provider who is not only skilled in aesthetic treatments but also possesses strong leadership, sales, and business acumen to foster patient loyalty and drive revenue. The Regional Lead will lead by example, developing the injector team while maintaining a productive personal treatment schedule. The position is hands-on, involving direct patient care, consultations, treatment planning, and leading the aesthetic team to ensure high standards of care and consistent patient experience across all locations. The role also involves partnering with management and marketing on growth initiatives and events. Success is measured by personal aesthetic revenue, injectable treatment volume, regional revenue growth, consultation-to-treatment conversion, and patient rebooking rates.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP or APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing, eligible to provide aesthetic and wellness services in New Jersey.
- 5 or more years of hands-on aesthetic injecting with strong neurotoxin and dermal filler skills, working independently (four years considered for exceptional candidates).
- Experience with Vitamin IV therapy.
- Experience running comprehensive aesthetic consultations and building treatment plans.
- Working knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and GLP-1 medical weight management, with the ability to educate patients on broader wellness offerings and identify wellness consultation opportunities.
- Highly confident discussing treatment recommendations and pricing with patients.
- Comfortable being accountable to revenue and performance measures.
- Strong communicator and team leader, sales-minded without compromising patient care.
- Comfortable traveling between the three Northern New Jersey centers.

Responsibilities
- Lead aesthetic clinical performance across Edgewater, Hoboken, and Ramsey centers.
- Develop and mentor the injector team on consultations, treatment planning, patient experience, and sales.
- Establish and maintain high standards for aesthetic outcomes and patient care.
- Drive consistency in treatment protocols and patient experience across all three centers.
- Review provider schedules, productivity, and aesthetic performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist providers in building and maintaining full treatment schedules.
- Support the onboarding and training of new aesthetic providers.
- Partner with management and marketing on promotions, events, patient acquisition, and growth initiatives.
- Maintain and grow a personal patient schedule through active relationship building, treatment recommendations, rebooking, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Perform injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Conduct new and existing patient aesthetic consultations, including good faith examinations.
- Perform facial balancing and comprehensive treatment planning.
- Administer Vitamin IV therapy.
- Manage patient follow-ups, convert consultations into treatment plans, and ensure long-term patient retention.
