Naturescape is seeking to hire a Regional Manager in Peoria, IL, to lead multiple branches to continued growth and success. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
  • Previous management, supervisory, or leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple branches to continued growth and success.
  • Visit branches on a regular basis.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to branch managers to help them maximize their own employees' productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Observe each branch's performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement solutions for improvement and teach branch managers to do the same.
  • Train, ride along with, and audit branch specialists.
  • Provide personal support and guidance to branch employees.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of branch managers' methods.
  • Help administrative assistants at branches to streamline their daily processes.
  • Develop a strong sense of the performance, work environment, and culture at each branch through personal visits and remote monitoring of metrics.
  • Target efforts to help every branch in the region realize its potential.
