The Regional Human Resources Manager provides strategic HR leadership, operational oversight, and consultative guidance across multiple airport stations within the West Region of dnata US. This role serves as a key bridge between Corporate HR Leadership and the field, applying deep business knowledge and human resources expertise across multiple jurisdictions to continuously optimize operational efficiencies. The RHRM oversees local HR Managers and serves as a trusted advisor to the Area Director, Station General Managers, and cross-functional leadership, ensuring the successful execution of corporate strategies, compliance, and culture-building initiatives while facilitating positive relationships between Team Members and Senior Management.
