About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Regional Human Resources Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being close to the action. This isn't a "sit behind the desk" corporate role—this is a hands-on, deeply participatory, operational leadership position. You will serve as the heartbeat of our regional operations, working closely with the Divisional HR Manager to drive talent strategy, support business needs, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of proven success as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Manufacturing experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in HR Management or Business.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with strong data literacy.
  • Ability to interpret general business periodicals, regulatory laws, and calculate essential figures (proportions, percentages, and commissions).
  • Ability to travel to various locations within your designated territory to support your teams face-to-face.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience with ADP is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own all phases of employment, including high-volume recruiting, advertising, interviewing, testing, and placement.
  • Welcome New Talent: Design and deliver engaging orientation programs to set up our new hires for long-term success.
  • Offboarding & Advocacy: Conduct insightful exit interviews and represent the company in unemployment compensation hearings.
  • Culture Champion: Maintain a heavy focus on employee engagement, ensuring our workforce feels heard, valued, and motivated.
  • Rapid Problem Solving: Investigate hotline calls and employee complaints swiftly and empathetically, seeking positive resolutions.
  • Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Keep Us Moving: Process biweekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Benefits Guru: Administer comprehensive employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, and leave programs.
  • Compliance & Records: Maintain, compute, and update crucial personnel files, I-9 files, and compliance reports in accordance with state and federal laws.
