About The Position

Pratt Industries, a sustainable packaging company, is seeking a Regional HR Manager to collaborate closely with the Divisional HR team in supporting HR initiatives for the Recycling Division. This role requires travel to various locations across GA, NC, SC, TN, KS, KY, OH, IN, MI, NY, TX, and LA.

Requirements

5 years experience as a HR generalist or HR Manager.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)
Proficient knowledge and application of HR laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

BS degree in HR Management or related field preferred
Manufacturing experience preferred
Preferred SPHR or PHR certification
Experience with ADP and other HRIS’s.

Responsibilities

Direct all phases of the Human Resources function including recruitment, onboarding, performance & talent management, engagement and other related people initiatives or programs.
Assist in managing Temporary Agencies supplying labor to the plant and hold the Temporary Agencies accountable to Pratt Industries Hiring Criteria.
Manage new hire feedback and review process.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, paid leaves.
Investigate employee relations issues, including hotline reports, with focus on timely resolution.
Maintain and administer any records or personnel files as required by state and federal laws.
Maintain and analyze metrics related to absenteeism, retention, and other HR KPI’s.
Assist with processing biweekly payroll.
Balance multiple commitments in fast paced environment.
Participate in daily/weekly meetings, acting as point of contact and HR Business Partner.
Travel to locations as needed.
Additional duties as assigned by management.
