Liberty Community Programs is a growing provider of community-based services, including programs supporting individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges, across multiple states. Our programs emphasize individualized service planning, integrated care models —including outpatient, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)—and a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to supporting individuals and families. As we expand our East Coast operations, we are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to support workforce growth, strengthen organizational culture, and drive operational excellence across the region. The Regional HR Director – East Coast will provide strategic and operational leadership for all human resources functions across Liberty Community Programs’ East Coast operations. Reporting to executive leadership, this role is responsible for driving workforce strategy, supporting multi-state program expansion, and ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws. This position will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development initiatives, while partnering closely with leadership to build a high-performing, engaged, and mission-aligned workforce.
