About The Position

As an HR Business Partner, you will demonstrate complete knowledge and full understanding of HR principles and practices within your area of specialization. You will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors, using judgment and interpretation to select the right course of action. Operating independently with work reviewed only at critical points, you will adapt your style to differing audiences and frequently advise managers and employees on complex HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Approximately 5 years of progressive HR experience in business partnering or generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., L&D, Compensation, Talent Acquisition) to deliver programs.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
• Coach managers on leadership and team effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
