This is a remote role, but the person must be based out of the Seattle, WA area. The company is growing and looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to help them build out a more proactive HR Business Partner model – getting HR out in the field. The role will provide the full range of HR support to 600+ employees in 50+ locations throughout WA, ID, and MT. The HR Business Partner will be the front-line/main point of contact for all things HR for the region. They will work closely with business leaders coaching and advising them on all things HR (i.e., talent management and engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, etc.). This is a hands-on, as well as strategic, role.
