About The Position

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Denver, CO. Regular travel will be required approximately 25% of the time. In this position, your main responsibilities will include: Partnering with community and regional leaders to manage coaching, counseling and training within the region. Providing day to day performance management advice to community leaders. Leading internal investigations. Working with Business Office Managers to assure that all HR practices are compliant within their community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field, or commensurate experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist capacity, with intermediate to strong level of knowledge of the basics of employment law preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Human Resources experience in a hospitality or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Experience in a multi-unit national organization with a diverse workforce of exempt and non-exempt team members preferred.
