The Role: The Regional GTM Excellence Lead (AMR) reports to the Head of Commercial Planning & Operations and is responsible for delivering and measuring locked commercial execution across the AMR region. This role ensures regional launch, activation, and channel execution plans are coordinated, visible, and executed with discipline. Working across Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, and regional teams, this role drives execution readiness, tracks risks and dependencies, and helps ensure strong in-market delivery against approved plans.
