The Regional General Manager provides leadership across a multi-facility distribution center network, driving safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. This role is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards, developing leaders, and delivering strong performance across safety, service, quality, and financial results. The Regional General Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Home Office teams, and facility leadership to strengthen network performance, drive continuous improvement, and support Walmart’s mission to serve customers and communities. This role involves leading regional distribution center operations to achieve goals related to safety, service, quality, compliance, and cost, setting and executing regional business plans aligned to network and enterprise priorities, overseeing staffing, workload planning, and performance execution across multiple facilities, and managing financial performance. It also focuses on ensuring compliance with logistics, safety, quality, and regulatory standards, leading, coaching, and developing distribution center leaders, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally with various teams.
