About The Position

The Regional Financial Controller oversees the region’s budget and forecasting process, financial reporting, and project financial performance. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information and provides senior management with insight into project profitability, cash flow, cost performance, and financial risks. The position manages a regional finance team and works closely with executive leadership, operations, and accounting. It establishes strong financial reporting processes, reviews project financial results, challenges key assumptions, and ensures financial performance is accurately reflected in regional financial statements and forecasts. This is an oversight and business-partnering role focused on financial reporting quality, project financial visibility, and financial governance rather than routine accounting transactions. The opportunity is hybrid, and the employee must be able to travel to the office.
