About The Position

The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the condition, reliability, safety, and appearance of approximately five to six PopStroke venues within an assigned region. This role is the primary facilities partner to venue leadership, ensuring company standards translate into consistent preventive maintenance, timely repairs, strong vendor execution, and disciplined follow-through. This is a field-first, hands-on leadership role that connects venue-level Facilities Technicians with the Head of Facilities Support Services. The Regional Facilities Manager is expected to be highly visible in venues, identify issues before they become larger problems, help solve challenges in real time, coach venue teams, and drive accountability for the overall condition of the region.

Requirements

• Five or more years of facilities maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or another multi-site environment.
• At least two years of experience coordinating maintenance across multiple locations, leading facilities personnel, or managing vendors and projects across a region.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, kitchen equipment, and general building systems; relevant trade licenses or certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose issues, prioritize competing needs, make sound decisions in the field, and know when specialized or licensed support is required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs, work-order or CMMS platforms, vendor management, proposal review, and maintenance expense tracking.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently among assigned venues.
• Ability to respond to urgent facilities matters outside standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day facilities support for an assigned portfolio of approximately five to six venues.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, golf courses, playgrounds, equipment, and back-of-house areas to identify safety concerns, deferred maintenance, cleanliness gaps, and repair needs.
• Create venue-specific action plans, establish priorities, track open items, and verify work is completed to PopStroke standards.
• Serve as the regional point of contact for urgent facilities issues and coordinate an effective response with venue leaders, vendors, and corporate partners.
• Support storm preparedness, emergency response, and recovery activities across assigned venues.
• Execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen and refrigeration equipment, misting systems, playground equipment, golf course features, landscaping, building systems, and other venue assets.
• Review maintenance checklists, service records, warranties, and equipment histories to reduce repeat failures, extend asset life, and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Perform or assist with appropriate hands-on troubleshooting and minor repairs while engaging qualified contractors for licensed, specialized, high-risk, or larger-scale work.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend practical repair, replacement, or improvement solutions to the Head of Facilities Support Services.
• Source, coordinate, and monitor regional service providers in partnership with the Head of Facilities Support Services and venue leadership.
• Maintain accurate vendor contacts, work orders, proposals, invoices, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and completion documentation in the designated maintenance system.
• Obtain competitive quotes when required, evaluate scope and pricing, and oversee contractor access, work quality, safety, and completion.
• Monitor regional repair and maintenance spending, flag budget risks early, and seek approval for expenses outside established authority levels.
• Partner closely with Operating Partners and venue leadership to balance guest experience, operational continuity, safety, cost, and urgency.
• Provide functional guidance, coaching, and technical support to venue Facilities Technicians and other team members who perform maintenance responsibilities.
• Reinforce consistent maintenance routines, escalation practices, documentation standards, and safe equipment operation across the region.
• Communicate regional trends, major risks, unresolved items, and recommended investments to facilities and operations leadership.
• Promote a safe environment for guests, team members, contractors, and vendors by ensuring facilities concerns are addressed promptly and work is completed in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Support compliance with company procedures and applicable city, county, state, and federal requirements related to facilities maintenance and workplace safety.
• Coordinate regional maintenance projects and support larger capital, renovation, and construction initiatives as assigned.
• Participate in facilities and operations meetings and take on other related responsibilities that support an efficient, safe, and guest-ready environment.
