As Regional Facilities Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional Facilities Management services to our Financial Services client across designated sites within the Americas real estate portfolio. You will be responsible for operational leadership that fosters an ownership-mindset culture while developing your team to deliver outstanding services aligned with our client's desired outcomes. This is an onsite role based at the client's Global Headquarters in Miami, Florida with approximately 15-20% travel to regional sites.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree; Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
7+ years of regional or multi-site IFM experience for financial services or technology-focused clients, including strong knowledge of CRE facility management methodologies, building systems, maintenance processes, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated operational leadership success in implementing standardized processes and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple sites
Proven success in coaching, developing, and retaining facility operations teams; creating development plans and fostering an empowering culture
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams; ability to influence outcomes and drive operational improvements
Solid budget management and forecasting abilities; understanding of operational budgeting, cost management, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Experience in vendor management and contract coordination
Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
Proficiency in CMMS platforms, BI/analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Certification in facilities management (CFM, FMP, or similar)

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of site-level excellence to achieve a standardized client experience across the portfolio.
Serve as a champion for your team and create development and succession plans.
Manage regional budgets and serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders within your region.
Collaborate closely with site teams and cross-functional partners locally and regionally, contributing to JLL's position as an industry leader.
Drive tactical excellence as the regional leader responsible for service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational initiatives within your designated facilities management region.
Analyze regional performance data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies that enhance the client's experience across your sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional client stakeholders, serving as a primary point of contact for operational matters within your region.
Present regional analytics, address concerns proactively, and reinforce JLL's commitment to exceptional service delivery through regular site reviews and performance updates.
Ensure seamless coordination across JLL services within your region, working collaboratively to deliver a unified OneJLL approach.
Participate in the One Team collaboration program with our client's Workplace teams and Landlords, working together in a client-centric manner.
Manage relationships with regional vendors and service providers, ensuring quality service delivery that meets client expectations.
Oversee regional operational budgeting and forecasting for your assigned sites.
Focus on cost optimization and variance analysis to ensure performance within approved budgets and CPI tolerances while delivering measurable value through regional savings initiatives and accurate financial reporting.
Coach and develop your regional team members, identifying training needs, and supporting career growth.
Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability while implementing best practices and standardized approaches across your regional sites.
Implement enterprise-wide standards and QA/QC processes within your region, ensuring consistent delivery and continuous improvement.
Conduct operational assessments, engage directly with facility operations teams, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and client expectations through regular site visits.
Drive achievement of contractual requirements and regional goals, including work order management metrics and CPI/KPI targets, while maintaining high client satisfaction measured through performance indicators and satisfaction surveys within your region.
