Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the clubs buildings and surrounding property, ensuring that legal requirements and health and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. The Director will be responsible for hiring and training team members, developing staffing plans, monitoring productivity, and fostering a team culture centered on achieving goals with a high level of customer service. They will also support and handle member issues, create and support special events, and collaborate with department managers to ensure the overall success of the club across all 3 locations.
