Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing the full array of professional beauty education and training campaigns that are channel and customer specific.
  • Solid understanding of bringing education and training curriculum to market providing practical application techniques that drive a sales plan for growth as directed by the Channel Education Manager and Director of Events & Education.
  • 3–5 years as a professional stylist with deep expertise in hair color with a major manufacturer (Schwarzkopf Professional experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams and coordinate complex education initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with a confident, engaging presence.
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, email), and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Resilient, energetic, and solution-oriented—able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Holds a valid cosmetology license and driver’s license; willing to travel up to 90%.
  • High school diploma required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manages all in salon class assigning, planning, related travel, related expense approval
  • Manages all planning of Key Account annual education class calendars
  • Aligns with key sales partners to support all business strategies to plan education in line with acquisition, growth, and maintenance of any potential or existing accounts
  • Supports distributor sales meetings & trainings within region.
  • Identifies AE (ASK Expert needs) regional recruitment needs and onboards, mentors and manages their development
  • Manages assigned budgets
  • Provides monthly assigned reports to their manager
