The Regional Discipline Lead – Physical Therapist (PT) / Clinic Director is a practicing pediatric clinician who serves in a dual leadership role. As a Clinic Director, this role provides day‑to‑day operational, clinical, and people leadership for an assigned clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, teammate engagement, and performance outcomes. As a Regional Discipline Lead – PT, this role serves as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for occupational therapists across a defined region, acting as the “professional home” for the PT discipline. In the Regional Discipline Lead capacity, the role partners closely with Clinic Directors and Regional Leadership to support clinical quality, mentorship, onboarding, and discipline‑specific development across multiple clinics. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in applicable state(s)
  • Significant pediatric clinical experience required
  • Prior experience as a Clinic Director or demonstrated readiness for clinic‑level leadership
  • Demonstrated strength in clinical mentorship, coaching, and discipline leadership
  • Ability to balance clinic operations, people leadership, and regional clinical influence
  • Willingness to travel within the region
  • Willingness to maintain a clinical caseload
  • Comfort partnering with regional and clinic leaders to drive outcomes
