The Regional Discipline Lead – Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a practicing pediatric clinician who serves as a clinical subject matter expert and mentor for physical therapists across a defined region. This role acts as the “professional home” anchor for PTs—partnering closely with Clinic Directors and Regional Leadership to support clinical quality, mentorship, onboarding, and discipline‑specific development. Requirements

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in applicable state(s)
Significant pediatric clinical experience
Demonstrated strength in clinical mentorship, coaching, and discipline leadership
Ability to support multiple clinics and clinicians across a region
Willingness to travel within the region and maintain a clinical caseload
Comfort partnering with Clinic Directors to influence clinical quality and outcomes
