About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Director to oversee operations, drive business growth, and lead multiple business units within a designated region. This role requires a leader who embodies our core values-prioritizing safety, taking ownership, continuously improving, and leading with strong character.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in industrial services, construction, environmental services, or related field
2+ years of leadership or multi-site management experience
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best operational practices
Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage budgets
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated alignment with our core values: safety, ownership, continuous improvement, and character
Ability to travel within assigned region as needed

Experience with CDL workforce, field crews, or skilled labor environments preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across multiple customers and service lines within an assigned region.
Champion a Safety-First culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards
Take full ownership of operational performance, staffing, and customer satisfaction
Recruit, train, and develop field personnel including supervisors, technicians, and drivers
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and profitability
Maintain and grow client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
Manage P&L performance, budgets, and cost controls for the area
Partner with recruiting and HR to ensure staffing levels meet operational demands
Monitor key performance metrics (fill ratio, utilization, turnover) and implement improvements
Lead with integrity and professionalism-demonstrating that character makes the difference
