About The Position

Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking accomplished sales professionals for Regional Director positions across all its US offices. This role is responsible for business development and relationship management of both new and existing clients within a designated distribution channel and territory. The Regional Director will manage all sales-related activities and coordinate client service team efforts to meet client needs. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory, coupled with excellent business development skills and a client-centric approach. Regional Directors act as company ambassadors, coaching, guiding, and securing new business while deepening existing relationships to expand the reach of Dimensional's investment solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory.
  • Excellent business development skills.
  • Client-centric approach.
  • Ability to coach, guide, and secure new business while deepening existing relationships.
  • Ability to travel extensively.
  • Track record of building relationships and growing a territory.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63/66 licenses required; SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of hire.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Sales activities and management of clients within a territory.
  • Develop new client relationships as well as retain and develop existing relationships.
  • Present Dimensional’s investment capabilities, investment theory, and performance to individual clients, at company conferences, and industry functions.
  • Participate and engage as a team player and offer sales and marketing collateral within the Dimensional team.
  • Be a spokesperson and ambassador of the Dimensional brand and investment theory throughout the industry and marketplace.
  • Increase revenues, AUM and new clients within the territory through the growth of Dimensional’s product suite.
  • Travel extensively across the assigned region to prioritize face-to-face meetings over virtual communication.
  • Drive commercial growth by building long-term trust through regional event participation, active networking, and client support.
