The Regional Director will establish and maintain relationships with owners while coaching, mentoring, and leading a team of Chaplains to successfully carry out the mission statement. This role involves building value business relationships, ensuring clear communication and trust, conducting regular company reviews, and managing chaplain transitions. The Regional Director will also promote consistent evangelism within CCA, adhere to operational standards, and play an active role in identifying and developing future leaders within the ministry. Additionally, the role supports the recruiting team by assisting with regional open positions and actively participating in the recruitment, interviewing, assimilation, and training of new chaplains.
