About The Position

The Director, Agent Recruiting is responsible for recruiting new agent producers and field managers. This role involves building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective agents through targeted outreach, networking, and partnerships. The position also entails leading recruitment campaigns, career events, and digital marketing initiatives to attract top talent. The Director will oversee the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Additionally, they will assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding growth opportunities and become an expert on company operations to support new agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance marketing and sales and/or training
  • Experience recruiting agents, brokers, or sales professionals (insurance or financial services preferred)
  • Demonstrates proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet, Adobe) and navigational skills
  • Maintains a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor, ensuring confidentiality at all times
  • Actively listens, seeks clarification when needed, and communicates effectively in response to questions
  • Adheres to organizational policies and procedures, upholds company values, and exercises sound judgment by involving appropriate team members in decision-making

  • Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Ensure a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist potential producing agents and field sales managers in understanding the opportunity for growth and success available to them
  • Understand and become an expert on how the company operates and be able to navigate within systems to support new agents
  • Perform other duties as assigned
