Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our Mid-Atlantic South, Southeast, and Southcentral regions, covering Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, Puerto Rico, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for the leadership, development, performance, and execution of the regional sales organization. Reporting directly to the Senior General Manager, this role oversees a team of Account Managers, Business Development Associates, and Business Development Managers — partnering closely with the General Manager to drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence across the region. This leader will coach and develop high-performing sales professionals, reinforce sales process discipline, and drive accountability to key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) — all while fostering a culture centered on growth, customer intimacy, and exceptional service delivery.
