We are looking for a Regional Director – Quebec & Eastern Ontario to provide senior leadership across a diverse, geographically dispersed service region. This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership opportunity for someone who can build trusted relationships, understand client priorities and translate those insights into safe, reliable and commercially sound service delivery. Working with branch, sales and corporate leaders, you will shape regional priorities, strengthen operational performance and help position the business for sustainable growth. The successful candidate may be based in Montreal or Ottawa and will travel regularly throughout Quebec and Eastern Ontario.

Requirements

  • Progressive leadership experience in regional, multi-location or territory-based service operations.
  • Substantial experience in client-facing roles, including building senior client relationships, resolving complex concerns and identifying opportunities to create additional value.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance client expectations, operational requirements, commercial priorities and financial stewardship.
  • Experience developing and executing business plans, budgets, performance targets and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions in changing circumstances.
  • Professional fluency in French and English.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fire and life safety, industrial field services, building systems, technical services, technology or other regulated service environment.
  • Experience supporting large-scale service contracts, projects or complex multi-location client relationships.
  • Post-secondary education or relevant leadership, business or operations-management training.
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with key clients through regular, proactive interaction.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for client priorities, service concerns, complex issues and strategic opportunities.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to develop practical solutions that strengthen service delivery, trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with business development, sales and branch leadership to identify and advance regional growth opportunities.
  • Provide leadership and operational direction to branches across Quebec and Eastern Ontario.
  • Develop and execute the regional business plan and budget in alignment with corporate priorities.
  • Monitor branch and regional performance and, where necessary, work with branch leaders to implement practical, branch-specific improvement plans.
  • Facilitate collaboration across locations to deliver major projects and contracts safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrate visible safety leadership and reinforce accountability for safe work practices throughout the region.
  • Promote consistent service standards and a strong customer-service mindset across all locations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration and service delivery.
  • Lead, support and develop branch leaders and regional team members across a geographically dispersed operation.
  • Establish clear expectations and accountability for performance.
  • Create an environment that encourages open communication, collaboration, initiative, respect and teamwork.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $120,000–$160,000 , with the successful candidate’s starting salary reflecting the experience, skills, and capabilities they bring to the role. In addition to base salary, the position includes a performance-based incentive
