This role functions as the leader of the area cluster Sales team, manages the on-site property Sales and Events Management team, and is responsible for achieving individual booking goals and defined property revenue goals, guest and team member satisfaction. The Regional Sales Leader also makes recommendations on direct reports' booking goals, leads on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships, and implements and executes sales and marketing strategies and programs.
