About The Position

The Regional Director of Community Engagement & Sales is responsible for all sales activities from lead generation through close for Hudson & Union Counties in New Jersey. Promotes the Marketing Plan for the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program and achieves census goals and targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of three years of proven successful sales and marketing in the healthcare field.
• Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Able to foster business relationships within the community served.
• Competent in creating and tracking business metrics to ensure strong performance and business agility.
• Must be computer proficient and possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.
• A minimum of four years of recent experience as it relates to seniors, the healthcare field, health care management, managed care or nonprofits; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior PACE experience.
