About The Position

Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America is seeking a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to lead sales teams across multiple senior living communities. The role involves driving occupancy growth, training sales teams and executive directors, and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet financial and occupancy goals. The ideal candidate will be an expert in senior living sales, prospect-centered selling principles, and executing sales and marketing plans in various markets. This position requires a passion for working with older adults, effective time management, and collaboration with team members and home office initiatives to achieve occupancy goals. The role also involves promoting the mission of providing senior services guided by Christian values and requires proficiency in CRM usage and documenting sales activities. The employee is expected to value the community as the residents' home, create attributes of home, and model person-centered care. This is a Home Office position that reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and requires travel with overnight stays, utilizing a company vehicle, with the ability to travel 75% or more of the time to communities in Kansas and Missouri.

Requirements

  • Expertise at senior living sales.
  • Expertise in prospect-centered selling principles.
  • Expertise in executing sales and marketing plans in various markets (urban and rural).
  • Passion to work with older adults.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using a CRM and documenting all sales activities.
  • Degree in Marketing / related field or equivalent sales experience required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in marketing/sales in a senior living environment required.
  • Proficient computer skills in CRM, Microsoft Office and ability to learn and utilize leads software to record all sales activity.
  • Must function independently when necessary, demonstrating flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and support agencies.
  • Must be able to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures necessary for achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to travel 75% or more of the time to communities in Kansas and Missouri.
