The Regional Director of Prevention Programs will provide administrative leadership and management for the Fostering Prevention and Kinship Navigation programs across assigned FAC branch offices. This role is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery, employee satisfaction, and fostering a sense of teamwork. The Director will conduct regular supervisory meetings, complete employee evaluations, and identify training needs for staff, including certifications in Motivational Interviewing and Nurturing Parenting. This position requires travel within Kansas, Missouri, and nationally for training and presentations, as well as active participation in leadership and community meetings. The role involves making community connections to increase program referrals, contributing to organizational culture and performance improvement, analyzing data for advocacy, and promoting partnerships. The Director will model ethical behavior, participate in professional development, and collaborate with agency departments to ensure coordinated efforts and compliance with standards. Additionally, the role oversees program measurement and effectiveness, leads continuous quality improvement processes, participates in client audit reviews, and manages budget performance to ensure fiscally sound operations. The Director will also provide input into strategic planning and assist with the development and implementation of growth strategies.
