About The Position
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to support and oversee a portfolio of senior living communities across the Mid-South and Eastern United States. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and occupancy growth across multiple communities. Requirements
- Proven multi-site assisted living or senior living leadership experience
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and controllable expenses
- Demonstrated success driving occupancy and operational improvements
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide operational oversight and direction to assigned communities
- Support and mentor Executive Directors and leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements
- Drive financial performance through labor management, expense control, and revenue optimization
- Review financial statements regularly and implement corrective action plans as needed
- Support occupancy growth through marketing oversight and collaboration with Community Relations teams
- Monitor resident satisfaction and address concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Conduct regular community site visits to ensure presentation, safety, and operational standards
- Assist in budget development and annual objective planning
- Partner with HR and Business Office teams on employment practices and staff performance matters
- Support pre-opening activities for new developments, including staffing, inspections, and operational readiness
