About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Director in the senior living industry
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in a Regional Management position in Senior Living, Nursing, Health, or related industries preferred
  • Ability to qualify for any required state license required.

Nice To Haves

  • Assisted Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Administrator’s License is preferred
