We're looking for an experienced healthcare operations leader to oversee a growing portfolio of healthcare clients. This is an opportunity to lead large-scale operations, build lasting client partnerships, and empower teams that deliver exceptional service in environments where quality, consistency, and patient experience matter most. As a strategic and hands-on leader, you'll guide multi-site operations, influence business outcomes, and develop high-performing teams across the region. You'll work cross-functionally to solve complex challenges, elevate operational performance, and create an outstanding experience for both clients and employees. The ideal candidate will be based in Georgia, North Carolina, or Virginia to support regional travel and maintain a strong presence within the markets they serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive management responsibility in a field directly related to this position with successful multi-site responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and highly effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize and delegate as needed.
  • Self-motivated team player with a high sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Proficient in Orange QC or other common facility management, quality management, and work order monitoring tools.
  • Work irregular hours including weekends and after hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Ten years’ experience in facility operations preferably within an education/campus facility.
  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales, operations, and the financial well-being of the Region.
  • Responsible for overall operations and customer relations in a designated region.
  • Manage workflow and processes, client relations, account growth, cost containment, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure business growth and quality standards are met to drive financial objectives.
  • Maintain existing clients, the web of influence, generate proposals and close new business to achieve the financial and sales goals for the Region.
  • Collaborate with MCS Business Development to ensure operational efficiencies are in place for current as well as future growth.
  • Utilize and update Salesforce for prospects and new business.
  • Promote the brand by attending networking events and participating in trade associations.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct customer and tenant visitations and inspections to ensure quality control and contract compliance.
  • Submit daily inspection reports from field visits to office for database input into MasterCorps inspection system, Orange QC.
  • Review inspection notes daily with operations team.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customers’ emails throughout the day.
  • Assist/complete payroll review each pay period.
  • Conduct bi-weekly operations meetings and quarterly training meetings.
  • Partner with Operations team to correct service deficiencies; and, if needed, walk sites with Operations team during and after business hours using Orange QC.
  • Perform monthly P&L review with the President and Finance Director.
  • Manage and ensure effective communication between Facility Services, Office Management, and all corporate departments.
  • Onboard and supervise Operations, Area Managers and Account Managers.
  • Ensure that MCS’ policies and procedures are followed by managers and supervisors and perform coaching and counseling as needed.
  • Provide MasterCorp systems training to all staff, necessary to facilitate the day to day janitorial.
  • Maintain security for customers’ access keys.
  • Participate, as needed, in special department projects.
  • Effectively use and understand MasterCorp’s scheduling program, MasterMind.
  • Keep and maintain the Regions Client appointments.
  • Manage the Region’s budget, payroll, supplies and any other required budgets.
  • Visit regularly and maintain excellent relations with customers.
  • Review and approve subcontractor invoices.
  • Manage Region day and night.
  • Manage floor crew efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure constant communication with Operation team.
