Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of California.
Minimum of 1 years Nursing supervisory experience within the last 5 years.
Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5-TR, NANDA, PSR and recovery principles.
Knowledgeable of all applicable regulations and standards.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree (MSN or MHA) is preferred.
CPR and first aid certified (American Heart Association) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the assigned campus administrator, directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education.
Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements.
Responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations.
Supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.
Temporarily fills nursing leadership vacancies, vacations, leaves of absence, new program start up, operational crisis or provides interim augmented nursing support across campuses in the assigned region.
