Regional Director of Growth & Strategy (KCMO & KCK Metro Areas)
About The Position
FosterAdopt Connect is seeking a Regional Director of Growth and Strategy to lead community engagement, strategic partnerships, fundraising, public affairs, and outreach efforts across Missouri and Kansas. This role works closely with the Vice President of Growth and Strategy to develop and strengthen relationships with donors, businesses, foundations, community organizations, and public officials. The goal is to support organizational growth, sustainability, and mission impact. The position serves as a key ambassador for the organization through public speaking, networking, legislative engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to increase community awareness, referrals, funding opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in public administration, public affairs, public policy, communications, marketing, human services, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse internal and external partners.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively for a variety of audiences.
- Travel required within Missouri and Kansas.
