About The Position

B&S Site Development is a fast-growing leader in large-parcel, mission-critical site development, delivering complex, time-sensitive civil construction projects for some of the world’s most demanding clients. Since 2003, we’ve built a reputation for precision, speed, and accountability—transforming large tracts of land into fully prepared e-infrastructure sites through heavy civil expertise, disciplined project management, and a culture of ownership at every level. Our multi-regional operations are supported by offices in Columbus, Ohio; Manassas, Virginia; Richmond, Virginia; South Hill, Virginia; and Atlanta, Georgia, enabling us to scale rapidly while maintaining exceptional execution standards. At B&S, we believe in developing talent from within, fostering a culture where driven individuals can build long-term careers. Whether in the field or the office, our teams are united by a shared commitment to innovation, safety, and delivering exceptional results for our clients. The Regional Director of Field Operations – Midwest is an executive-level leader responsible for all on-site construction activities across B&S’s Midwest operations. This region includes major industrial, manufacturing, logistics, and mission-critical development hubs, where B&S serves as a preferred Site Developer for mission-critical GCs supporting large-scale industrial campuses, data centers, EV/battery facilities, and complex civil infrastructure. Reporting directly to the VP/GM – Midwest, this leader owns B&S’s self-perform field organization and serves as a visible, client-facing representative with general contractors, developers, and owners. As B&S continues rapid expansion throughout the Midwest and into the broader Southeast—and emerging work in Texas and Louisiana—this role is central to scaling the field organization, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring consistent operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects. This role blends operational leadership, workforce strategy, and business partnership. The Regional Director ensures projects are staffed appropriately, executed efficiently, and delivered safely, on schedule, and at or above target margins. Acting as a force multiplier for project teams, the Regional Director challenges inefficiencies, optimizes labor and equipment deployment, establishes defensible production standards, and develops the field leadership and craft workforce needed to deliver exceptional project execution across the region. The role is directly accountable for regional safety, productivity, quality, schedule performance, equipment utilization, and margin attainment, as well as the strength and depth of the field organization that produces those results.
