Regional Director of Education
About The Position
OneSchool Global is seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as Regional Director of Education, the most senior academic leadership role within the region. Working closely with the Regional Managing Director, Regional Director of Operations, and Global Director of Education, the successful candidate will lead strategy, performance, and compliance across the 36 campuses within the North America region while developing strong leadership capability at every level of the organization. This role provides leadership to the Senior Educational Leadership Team, including Regional Principals, Directors of Teaching and Learning, Director of Student Support, and Director of Safeguarding. The successful candidate will ensure strong alignment between regional priorities and global education strategy while building a high-performance leadership culture across the North American region.
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Superintendent, Principal and/or senior educational leader
- Experience leading education strategy across multi-site or distributed school systems
- A strong track record of improving student achievement and teaching quality
- Experience leading senior leadership teams and driving organizational change
- Strong understanding of education governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- At minimum, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Leadership, with an active Principal and Superintendent license
- Demonstrate integrity, strategic thinking, strong relational leadership, and an unwavering commitment to student success.
