Regional Director of Clinical Services
About The Position
Life Care Centers of America is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Clinical Director to join our leadership team in support of the Arizona Region. This role provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) across Arizona. The Regional Clinical Director is expected to maintain a strong onsite presence across the facilities, delivering strategic clinical leadership, mentoring interdisciplinary teams, and driving operational excellence through a consistent rotation schedule. To effectively support the region, candidates must reside in Arizona and be able to travel regularly between assigned facilities. This specific position requires a minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility. Previous experience in Point Click Care is required. The Regional Director of Clinical Services directs the operations, programs and activities of the region to maintain the highest quality of care and service in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with an active state license.
- At least three years of experience in skilled nursing care or related industry.
- Knowledge of state and federal guidelines governing post acute and long term care services.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Previous experience in Point Click Care is required.
- Must reside in Arizona.
- Able to travel regularly between assigned facilities.

- Performs proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation.
- Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.
- Understands and follows company policies including harassment and compliance procedures.
- Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Life Care’s Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training.
- Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
- Assists in the evacuation of patients.
- Demonstrates dependable, regular attendance.
- Concentrates and uses reasoning skills and good judgment.
- Communicates and functions productively on an interdisciplinary team.
- Reads, writes, speaks, and understands the English language.
