About The Position

Mountain Lakes Services is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Clinical Services to lead its Clinical Services Department. The role involves advancing a culture of trauma-informed, person-centered care across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical leader passionate about improving the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and will thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment where their expertise can shape programs, support staff development, and influence positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or a related population preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing trauma-informed approaches and positive behavioral supports strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinical services department including providing leadership, supervision and strategic direction.
• Oversee behavior supports, clinical operations, social work functions and regulatory compliance.
• Support a culture of continuous learning and growth - at times providing clinical supervision to advance licensure.
• Provide specialized counseling services to individuals and groups when appropriate.
