About The Position

The Regional Director of Campus Operations collaborates with the Vice President of Senior Living to provide hands-on support, oversight, coaching, guidance, and direction for administrative and financial operations at assigned Integritus Healthcare affiliates. The role supervises and develops leaders while maintaining excellent clinical and service quality and ensuring operational efficiency. The territory includes Pioneer Valley and the Berkshires. Responsibilities are carried out in a manner that exhibits Integritus Healthcare’s mission, vision, and core values. Travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience as a Regional Director and/or Administrator/Executive Director in long-term care, assisted living, or a related senior living organization.
• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, hospital professionals, and the general public.
• Travel is required.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or another advanced clinical degree.
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts.
