Requirements

  • Knowledge of hospitality, real estate or franchise sales and development.
  • Receives strategic direction.
  • Sales and growth focused achiever.
  • Relational skills internal and external to organization
  • Valid driver’s license, serviceable automobile and proof of insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 5 years of sales-related experience, including management level assignments, in proactive marketing within the hospitality, lending or related real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree of related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Drives hotel development growth across an assigned region by identifying, sourcing, and securing hotel development opportunities that expand and strengthen the brand portfolio.
  • Manages territory effectively by soliciting highly qualified, new properties to the BWH brand family by identifying, researching, developing, and executing effective sales, marketing, and development methods.
  • Achieves assigned quotas by effectively managing unit growth.
