About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Director – Healthcare Operations to lead and oversee multi-site operations across Sterile Processing (SPD), Transportation, and Facilities. This leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, developing leadership teams, and aligning regional performance with organizational growth strategies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, and OSHA regulations
• Proven experience leading multi-site healthcare operations
• Sterile Processing (SPD) experience (Required)
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex operations
• Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare, Business, or related field) – Required
• 10+ years of operational experience
• 5+ years in regional or multi-site leadership roles
• Experience leading across multiple functions (SPD, logistics, facilities)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in SPD, logistics, and facilities management
• Background in scaling healthcare operations
• Strong performance improvement and process optimization experience
• Experience working with health systems and clinical stakeholders
• CRCST certification or equivalent – Strongly Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site SPD, Transportation, and Facilities operations
• Lead and mentor managers and leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (AAMI, CDC, CMS, OSHA)
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational performance
• Standardize workflows and processes across sites
• Drive quality improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and internal teams
• Support hiring, training, and leadership development
