About The Position

The Regional Director, Care Center Operations provides market-level leadership and accountability for a portfolio of care centers across a defined region. This role drives operational excellence, financial performance, and workforce effectiveness, with full ownership of P&L and key financial drivers. Operating in a dyad partnership with physicians and nurse practitioners, the Director aligns clinical and operational priorities to improve patient access, advance population health outcomes, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. This role requires strong executive presence and the ability to influence across clinical, operational, and enterprise leadership. The Director leads through Practice Managers, scaling operations across multiple sites while balancing standardization with local market needs. This leader partners closely with clinical and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategy, drive growth, and optimize care delivery models.

Responsibilities

  • Partners in a dyad model with physicians and nurse practitioners to drive aligned clinical and operational performance
  • Manages key financial drivers, including labor, productivity, throughput, and cost of care
  • Inputs into capacity planning, patient flow, and access optimization across sites
  • Drives population health performance, including preventative care and chronic disease management
  • Oversees budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency across the region
  • Uses data and KPIs to make operational and performance improvement decisions
  • Leads and develops Practice Managers, ensuring accountability and leadership consistency
  • Partners cross-functionally (Clinical, Finance, HR, Compliance, Growth) to execute market priorities
  • Leads change management and operational transformation initiatives
  • Ensures compliance, quality performance, and continuous improvement across all sites

Benefits

  • Compensation: $131,243.00 to $196,865.00
