Role Overview: The Regional Operations Director (ROD) is responsible for the operational oversight, leadership development, and business performance of a multi-center region of 5-15+ centers. This role ensures that every center within the region operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Ally’s standards and values. The Regional Operations Director serves as a strategic partner to the Regional Clinical Director, jointly supporting high-quality clinical care and strong operational systems. The ROD directly manages Senior Center Operations Managers (SCOMs), ensures regional performance targets are met, and leads cross-center initiatives that support growth, client access, staff retention, and treatment excellence. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
