About The Position

Take the next step in your career with TouchPoint as a Regional Dietitian in Indiana! This dynamic role involves supporting 5-6 Critical Access Hospitals across Indiana, serving as the primary nutrition expert for facilities with swing bed services and growing outpatient counseling needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across diverse patient populations while promoting clinical excellence, patient education, and continuity of care.

Requirements

Must be a Registered Dietitian with an active Indiana License.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with at least 2 years experience preferred.
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
