About The Position

LMI is seeking a Regional Coordinator to support the National Aeronautics and Space Administration in Washington, DC. We are seeking an energetic self-starter who has expert consulting and customer service skills and is focused on developing practical and efficient solutions to administrative challenges. The Regional Coordinator will support Local Leads to facilitate training, execution, and event troubleshooting within assigned geographic regions. Regional Coordinators serve as key points of contact between the central program office and Local Leads. Requirements

  • Master’s degree with 4 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, training delivery, or event facilitation within a multicultural context.
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Local Leads across designated regions to ensure program quality, readiness, and training adherence.
  • Provide logistical and operational support to ensure Local Events align with NASA standards and branding.
  • Conduct feedback sessions with Local Leads, implement improvements, and manage regional issue escalation.
  • Report on regional challenges and propose actionable insights to improve processes and training.
