About The Position

Working under the supervision of the Area Director, the Regional Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all clinical and financial aspects of their assigned region. This role provides oversight of Managers, Coordinators, Team Leaders, and regional administrative staff. The Regional Coordinator also serves as a liaison with referring agents, ensures compliance with quality management standards, and oversees the delivery of clinical and operational services in alignment with Clarvida’s mission, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
  • Five (5) years of related experience and/or training
  • Experience working in social services or nonprofit organizations
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams and programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Master’s degree in Human Services
  • Clinical licensure (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LP)

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to regional teams and programs
  • Support effective communication and coordination among clinical, operational, and administrative staff
  • Monitor regional operations to promote quality, consistency, and effective service delivery
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in overseeing clinical, financial, and administrative responsibilities
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable tools to support regional operations, documentation, and communication
