This leader recruits, develops, and supports coffee house managers and teams while ensuring an exceptional, consistent WOW customer experience at every location. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with financial accountability, people development, and innovation. The Regional Coffee House Manager is deeply knowledgeable about specialty coffee, industry trends, and Crimson Cup systems, and leads by example-working alongside teams in the coffee houses as needed. Flexibility, ownership, and an all-hands-on-deck mindset are essential.
Requirements
- 7+ years of management experience in the food and/or beverage industry
- Passion for specialty coffee
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and achievement-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math, accounting, and computer proficiency
- Ability to travel regularly within Ohio
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug test and background check
