About The Position

Requirements

RBT or BCaBA certification is required.
Pass a national criminal background check.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 30 pounds, and maintain a safe and tidy workspace.
Be willing to travel and work in home, school, and clinic settings.

Nice To Haves

Spanish-speaking skills.
A degree in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Teach skills to enhance communication and functioning.
Implement and facilitate behavior plans, monitor outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed.
Restructure environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors.
Collect data and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs.
Complete daily progress notes.
Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques and activities tailored to each child's needs.
