Regional Clinical Director
About The Position
MedCap Health is seeking a fully remote, full-time Regional Clinical Director to guide high-impact consultative services across multiple states. This management role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide clinical strategy while remaining connected to frontline excellence. Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (multi-state preferred)
- 10+ years of NP experience in PALTC, SNF, or LTACH settings
- 5+ years of experience in leadership, education, or program development
- Clinical background in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease
- Proven success building and leading NPP teams
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, documentation standards, and value-based care
- Proficiency with EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms
Nice To Haves
- A Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is strongly preferred
- Strategic, confident leader who can operate at scale while empowering clinicians on the ground.
Responsibilities
- Guide the design, launch, and expansion of consult services.
- Collaborate daily with physician specialists, executive leaders, NPs, PAs, and facility teams.
- Define clinical protocols.
- Oversee quality metrics.
- Mentor providers.
- Manage multi-site operations.
- Monitor dashboards.
- Ensure CMS and state compliance.
- Lead RCAs when needed.
- Act as the clinical connector aligning strategy, quality, workforce development, and operational execution.
- Advance MedCap's mission across states and specialties.
