About The Position

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a strategic, experienced Regional Director of Clinical Services to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and direction across a growing portfolio of senior living communities. This role is ideal for a clinical leader who takes ownership of outcomes, acts with integrity, remains focused on quality and compliance, and believes that culture truly matters. This role involves regional travel and offers the opportunity to shape and execute the clinical vision for a growing senior living organization, partner with executive, operational, and community leaders across multiple states, influence systems, standards, and strategy, lead during expansion into Florida and South Georgia, and be part of a mission-driven organization committed to resident quality of life and team engagement.

Requirements

  • Active RN or LPN license in good standing (state-specific requirements apply)
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required for RN candidates
  • Assisted living or senior living clinical leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive improvement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new clinical software systems
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%

Nice To Haves

  • Highly qualified LPN candidates with strong assisted living and multi-site leadership experience will be considered (in accordance with state-specific regulations)
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Multi-site or regional leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong regulatory knowledge across assisted living environments

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for health and wellness across an assigned regional portfolio
  • Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and support to community clinical leaders
  • Set, monitor, and refine clinical performance standards and outcome measures
  • Develop, audit, and continuously improve clinical systems, KPIs, and quality assurance programs
  • Conduct regular site visits to observe operations and engage with residents, families, and team members
  • Identify, standardize, and scale best practices aligned with corporate direction
  • Recruit, orient, train, and coach Directors of Wellness and other clinical leaders
  • Provide interim clinical leadership coverage at communities as needed
  • Lead and support regulatory readiness, surveys, and complaint investigations
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure communities implement compliant systems
  • Oversee clinical training programs to meet state, federal, and company requirements
  • Partner on technology selection and adoption related to clinical systems and software
  • Analyze clinical data and trends; prepare and present regular reports on risks, outcomes, and opportunities
  • Consult on new development projects related to staffing models, physical plant, and pro forma planning
  • Stay current on healthcare and senior living trends and apply insights to evolving resident needs
